Enabling you to achieve the very best the market will pay and not charging you the earth
Our job, first and foremost, is to listen carefully to your needs in order to provide a bespoke service in harmony with your own circumstances. The Flatman Partnership are not tied to corporate structure which can depersonalise the moving experience. This is your move, your money and you are worth proper personal attention.
We understand that nearly everyone's needs will differ
Arriving at the right asking price for your property is the first critical hurdle (and one which can vary according to personal circumstances) but essentially the age old rules apply; asking too much causes frustration and disappointment, asking too little can encourage gazumping. Our exhaustive knowledge of the local market will properly inform the decisions you need to make to ensure a smooth move.
We define "service" as "exceeding expectations" and always put our client's best financial interests first
You can rest assured that whether you are pre or post point of sale, with The Flatman Partnership you are never far away from a progress update, you will quickly come to understand the huge effort we put in for you to arrange and facilitate the transaction and you will appreciate the experience, skill and sensitivity which makes that critical difference in point of sale negotiations.
Property transactions are inevitably a team effort between Agent, Lawyer and Broker
Our depth of contacts and knowledge of local providers is available for your personal benefit. Give us a call and understand for yourself why the majority of the feedback we get from our clients informs us we're "not like dealing with other agents".
If you would like a valuation of your property, then call us on 0118 9660055 or use our contact form to send us an email.
The Government has announced the suspension of Home Information Packs with immediate effect from the 21st of May 2010. Homes marketed for sale on or after the 21st of May 2010 will no longer require a Home Information Pack (HIP).
The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be retained. Sellers will still be required to commission, but won't need to have received an EPC before marketing their property.
