You can also talk to our Chartered Surveyor after you have received the report in order to give you complete peace of mind that you are absolutely clear about the condition of the property you are buying.

We see it as our job to accurately inform buyers as to which potential defects are genuinely significant to the life and value of the home they are buying.

We can respond quickly and will tailor our inspection to meet the concerns of home buyers and will list the likely cost of rectifying significant faults.

Our inspection will take into account longer term dilapidations which may occur in the medium to long term, we will advise purchasers of their likely long term maintenance liabilities.

If specialist input is required such as structural engineering, we have access to the required professionals.
