Through this association we are able to offer, completely free of charge, one of our contemporary chefs into your home to prepare a dinner party for you and your friends when you sell your home with The Flatman Partnership. Terms and Conditions of this unique offer are detailed below.

About AJF Catering

AJF Catering are a motivated and enthusiastic Reading based catering firm established in 2003, providing a comprehensive range of catering solutions.

Some of AJF Catering current clients include Thames Valley Police, The Reading Evening Post, Burghfield Sailing Club and Reading Golf Club together with a host of special individual customers.

The board of AJF Catering comprises a business development director and three more highly experienced chef directors, one taking an operations management role. The firm has expanded into outside events and commercial catering and has an insatiable hunger for more locations.

Conditions

Applies to instructions to sell a residential property 'the Property' given to The Flatman Partnership on a sole Agency Basis only on a legitimate signed agency agreement lasting a minimum of 8 weeks
This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer made by the Flatman Partnership and if a sale of the Property takes place in competition with any other Estate Agent or private buyer then this offer shall not apply.
The Home Chef under this offer will only be provided once contracts in respect of the sale of the Property have been exchanged to a buyer introduced by The Flatman Partnership under a legitimate agency agreement.
The Home Chef Dining Experience is a fully catered dinner for up to 6 people served in your own home and comprising first course, main course and a sweet including all food but excluding any drink.
The Home Chef Dining Experience is available 6.30pm and 8.30pm any evening except Sundays or Religious Holidays by mutual agreement with your Home Chef.
The offer is subject to a minimum rate of commission which will be agreed when our valuer visits your Property.
Sellers may elect for the home chef dining experience to take place in the Property prior to completion or in their new home after completion subject to any venue being within a 10 mile radius of Reading town centre.
Menus will be provided or agreed in advance with your Home Chef and pre-orders will be required on a timescale agreed with your home chef. Drinks are not provided as part of this offer.
Ingredients will be fresh and locally sourced. Extra luxury ingredients such as or similar to Truffles, Foie Gras, Beluga Caviar or Lobster are not included within the offer but can be provided at an extra charge.
The Home Chef will be an Employee or Member of AJF Catering LLP. A copy of a certificate if insurance will be provided and AJF Catering accept no liability for any claim outside the scope of the cover provided. Fire and other normal householder cover will be the responsibility of the householder. We advise you to check the terms of your insurance prior to the Home Chef dining experience.
AJF Catering will provide all cooking Utensils and pots etc. The homeowner will provide crockery, cutlery, glassware and table covering.
You will make cooking, preparation and washing facilities available to AJF Catering who will make every effort to ensure the kitchen is left in an acceptably clean condition. Homeowners must accept by their very nature styles of cooking used by the Home Chef may be at a more demanding level than normally incurred in the use of a domestic kitchen and AJF Catering accept no liability for any damage caused by their activities.
Food items will be delivered in a temperature controlled environment and details of temperatures in transit can be provided on request.
In the event of a cancellation of less than 36 hours notice there will be a cancellation fee of £50 payable to AJF Catering.
